The Heydon Neighbourhood Plan has been submitted to South Cambridgeshire District Council on the 1 December 2025 for (Regulation 16) public consultation.
We are seeking your views on the Submission Version (Regulation 16) of the Neighbourhood Plan before it is considered by an examiner and can proceed towards a referendum. Comments can be submitted to us between 9am on Monday 15 December 2025 and 5pm on Monday 9 February 2026.
