It doesn't matter how much you pay! No cos the council clearly wants to confuse you and try and get you to PAY MORE! How do they do this? Well no matter how much you pay into your account the balance shows as 0! Yeah they don't care about confusion. No they couldn't care less. This has happened to me TWICE in two months both times I log in pay the rent and then it vanishes poof into thin air like it never even existed like the so called 'suppliers' who according to their message are trying to fix it and apologise for inconvenience. HAHAHAHAHA no I don't think there are suppliers. Nor an IT team trying to fix it. Or anyone who cares. I think its a scheme to get everyone to pay more via direct debit. What services is my money going to? Sure as hell isn't going to the service of hiring employees who have more than a few braincells
