Search Box

I often use the search bar myself as its so much quicker to find what i am after. However this function on the new website doesnt work, for example if i typed in HMO (which i would do on the old website) a link to that page would come up straight away, but on the new website it just shows no results. Without this function working it will take people ages to find what they are after - as it took me ages to find the HMO page. Also if people cant find it straight away they will be calling and emailing us, so our workload is definitely going to increase if the search function doesnt work

I like the In My Area search box, i think this will be really handy for residents
