query 'Find your household bin collection day'

Working in the waste department I've taken a first quick overall look at the new look website all feels a lot slicker/more intuitive, I like the addition of the section 'What goes in which bin?'

This is a query about  'Find your household bin collection day'

If a 'changed collection date' was presented on the calendar it was highlighted in a different colour. (Highlighted in the attachment)

Personally I used to find this a useful feature & drew my eye to changes in my collection schedule. Is this a feature change request/purposeful change for the new look/design website?
