Green Line Prefixing the Page Titles / Headings

Just having a quick look at the new website, it looks really good, it feels warm, clear and welcoming.

I was looking at the green vertical lines on the headings at top of pages and was wondering if they could do with being a bit longer in relation to the font height? There are other examples on the new website such as at the bottom of the home page in front of 'South Cambs magazine' and 'Latest news' which are longer in relation to the font height and I think these look better as they stand out more and are differentiated more from the text.
