Cookies panel / 'In my area' box

1. Put a heading 'Non-essential cookies' above whatever you consider those to be to make the 'Reject non-essential cookies' button relevant.
2. Highlight the 'off' / 'on' switch in red / green to make them visually more obvious.
3. Functionality cookies – could be helpful to the website visitor, but needs short explanatory text to say why.
4. The 'In my area' cookie text is incomplete, ending as it does '...to your property such as;'.

For the 'In my area' box, make it automatically put postcodes in caps.
