A list of the different type of planning application (definition) should be provided.

I think that a lot of customers don't know what each planning application is, listing them with a small explanation would help with knowing right application to use. It is also important to use tabs rather than test where people with disabilities can't easily navigate the website.

The planning portal tab - a small explanation of what it is for would help rather than going right onto the website which does not say what it is.
